Best Residential Construction Stocks up today April 12, 2013

Best Residential (Home ) Construction Stocks were up a bit today :

I have been watching Residential (Home ) Construction Stocks and even though market was weak today they were up a bit this morning.

This is a sector I would not mind adding some positions too. Many of the stocks have pulled back recently but I liked the fact that most of them were green today while markets and futures were weak.

A new recent IPO in the same sector – Taylor Morrison Home Corp. with the ticker symbol NYSE:TMHC  will be interesting one to watch this year. Was IPO (Initial Public Offering ) on Wed April 10th and already has moved up in a few days but moved down from the Wed/Thurs highs of $24.20 and $24.19 ( may be tweezer tops but a pullback to low $23’s will be good to watch for a buy on this one.

Residential Construction Stocks April 12, 2013 % returns – Stockguy22

What are the top (Home) Residential Construction Stocks? I posted a spreadsheet below by market Cap and 12month Returns and YTD ( year to Date) Returns.

The YTD return is a bit mixed with some up and some down but none are down for the 12month period .

The spreadsheet below is interactive – so use the Icons to move up/down and across and you can see the individual returns and Market Caps of each of the 17 stocks I posted there ( if this works I can put up future Excel Spreadsheets like this in the future) if you want a copy of this spreadsheet email us and we’ll send it off to you.

If you want to know if I will be buying any of these stocks and which ones then join our group since I post all my trades in real time :
